Refund Policy - the basics

We want you to love the art you receive from Brush & Soul Studio. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

 

 

1. Damaged or Defective Items

 

 

  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Send clear photos of the damage (including the packaging, if relevant) to [your email/DM contact].

  • We will offer a replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference.

  • Items damaged due to mishandling after delivery are not eligible for a refund.

 

 

 

2. Order Errors

 

 

  • If you receive the wrong item or size, notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement at no extra cost.

 

 

 

3. Returns & Refunds for Non-Damaged Items

 

 

  • Because each artwork is made to order and often one-of-a-kind, we generally do not accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind.

  • Please review all details before placing your order to ensure you are happy with your choice.

 

 

 

4. Custom & Commissioned Work

 

 

  • Custom and commissioned pieces are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged.

  • We work closely with you during the creative process to ensure your satisfaction before shipping.

 

 

 

5. Shipping Costs

 

 

  • If a return is approved, shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or damage in transit.

 

 

 

6. Processing Time for Refunds

 

 

  • Once your return is approved, please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method.
