We want you to love the art you receive from Brush & Soul Studio. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Send clear photos of the damage (including the packaging, if relevant) to [your email/DM contact].

We will offer a replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference.

Items damaged due to mishandling after delivery are not eligible for a refund.
2. Order Errors

If you receive the wrong item or size, notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement at no extra cost.
3. Returns & Refunds for Non-Damaged Items

Because each artwork is made to order and often one-of-a-kind, we generally do not accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind.

Please review all details before placing your order to ensure you are happy with your choice.
4. Custom & Commissioned Work

Custom and commissioned pieces are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged.

We work closely with you during the creative process to ensure your satisfaction before shipping.
5. Shipping Costs

If a return is approved, shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or damage in transit.
6. Processing Time for Refunds

Once your return is approved, please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method.
